Dine at Domo and Feed the World News Update.
EVERYDAY…A portion of Domo proceeds throughout the year go towards feeding, housing and educating children around the world.
LAST YEAR…Domo Restaurant, in conjunction with AHAN Nippon Kan, focused humanitarian support efforts with the building of an orphanage facility for Myanmar Karin tribe refugees outside of Takoran village near the Thailand-Myanmar border in Thailand. The orphanage facility named Bilay House, exclusively funded by Domo Restaurant and Nippon Kan Culture Center, officially opened in December 2011 and this year is well underway toward establishing its independence.
TODAY…Currently the Bilay House Orphanage houses 30 children and includes sleeping quarters, a dining and study hall, kitchen and shower facilities. To see more on the development of the Bilay House in 2012 click on the video links below!
